The Four Levels of Evaluation, Updated

Successful training professionals would be wise to reconsider how they plan, implement, and evaluate their training programs. Rather than evaluating your training event beginning with Level 1 (reaction) of the tried-and-true four levels of evaluation, begin with Level 4 (results).
