Happy, engaged employees are more likely to stay in their jobs, right? Not exactly.
A new survey by Mercer of 3,000 U.S. workers found that two in five employees are seriously considering leaving their jobs, and this includes many who say they are satisfied with their work. In fact, nearly half of employees who identify themselves as engaged at work say they are thinking about leaving.
