A four-step process that determines whether training is linked to business results.

For years organizations have been drowning in meaningless data: Who attended training? Who completed training? Survey feedback and test scores. Training hours completed and training cost per hour. Think about it: Do these metrics define how training helps improve business performance? Do they help improve individual employee performance? Not even close.
