For the fourth consecutive year, employers spent more on learning per employee than the previous year. That's according to the Association for Talent Development's 2016 State of the Industry report. The report also reveals that employees received more formal learning hours in 2015 than in previous years, and two-thirds of the 310 companies surveyed had on-the-job training for their employees.
