The National Association of State Chief Information Officers has been surveying state IT leaders on issues of importance to them for 10 years. In the latest report, the findings of which were released in November 2015, security topped the list of priority strategies, management processes, and solutions for 2016—not a great surprise given data breaches at the national level. The association also revealed the top 10 priority technologies, applications, and tools for 2016.
