Diversity and Inclusion Are "Must Haves" for OPM

As part of an effort to make the federal government a more inclusive and diverse place for employees, the Office of Personnel Management held its inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Collaboration and Innovation Summit at the U.S. Coast Guard headquarters in April.
