Few can dispute that advances in technology have revolutionized business processes and customer service in the private sector. It's no surprise that citizens expect the same level of service and interaction from government. In fact, a recent Accenture survey finds that 85 percent of Americans expect government to meet or exceed service levels provided by commercial providers.
