    Nathan Eckel is founder of Life Tree Group and former adjunct professor of instructional design and online collaboration at LaSalle University. His experiences in the healthcare, defense, pharmaceutical, and software industries have shaped his perspective on organizational effectiveness. Eckel has presented at ASTD’s Leadership Conference, Bloomsburg University’s Corporate Advisory Council, LaSalle University’s Lunchtime Learning series, and local special interest groups.
