Jane Bozarth is a working practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience as a facilitator, designer, and technology specialist with the North Carolina state government. She has a deep and abiding interest in social and collaborative learning; her dissertation focused on social and tacit knowledge sharing in communities of practice.
