This is an interesting topic for me as I recently transitioned into health care from the banking industry. My organization is focusing on improving employee engagement across our network. I will be facilitating focus group sessions in the start of 2018, to gather data in regards to effective leadership, employee engagement, and moral. based on the information gathered, develop strategies to improve engagement and moral. I am interested to learn more on this topic. Thank you for sharing.
