If there’s one thing I know to be true about our industry, is that we love buzzwords. Every couple of years a new and exciting “thing” sweeps our industry, and usually it comes with a lot of misunderstandings and conflicting opinions. I happen to believe that microlearning is one of these hot topics.

What is microlearning, when should you use it, and how long should it be? These are all questions you can find a dozen and a half answers to. So, for this month’s Ask a Trainer video, I decided to invite microlearning expert Carla Torgerson to join me in tackling your questions about designing microlearning.
