If I’m being 100 percent honest, one thing I’ve always dreaded about my job is working with stakeholders and subject matter experts who tend to be more difficult. Whether it’s because they’re late providing feedback or because they change their minds a million times, it’s frustrating trying to get your job done in those scenarios, especially when it feels like you’re herding cats.

But here’s the thing: No matter how difficult it may be to work with your stakeholders and subject matter experts, you need each other. They contain the information you need to help them solve their problems.
