ATD22 is just a few short weeks away! We are excited to welcome both in-person and virtual attendees. Technology will enhance your experience and help you find your way, plan your schedule, and connect with others. Here’s how to get started with both the mobile app and the virtual platform. Note: All registered ATD22 attendees will receive their login credentials for the conference mobile app and virtual platform in advance of the conference.
Conference mobile app
Before arriving in Orlando, download the conference mobile app and start planning your schedule. Search for “ATD Conferences & Events” in the app store. After installing, select ATD 2022 International Conference & EXPO from the list of events.
This is your hub for session information, managing your agenda, evaluating sessions, downloading presentation slides, and connecting with exhibitors and attendees. Make sure you enable notifications for the app so you can receive important messages from the conference organizers.
Your phone is your greatest tool in navigating the convention center. Remember to pack a mobile charging bank. There will also be charging stations available throughout the convention center. Note: The conference mobile app works offline, but you also will have access to Wi-Fi to receive updates.
Virtual experience
This year, ATD22 has partnered with Juno (atd22.junolive.co), a live and on-demand event platform, to connect you to livestreamed sessions, live virtual sessions, peer-to-peer networking, and a curated library featuring live and prerecorded content. We strongly recommend using the Google Chrome browser for the best viewing experience. Access to the virtual platform will close on Aug. 26, 2022. On-site attendees can access the virtual platform via the mobile app’s home screen.
There are numerous opportunities for virtual attendees to learn, develop, and network. You have access to outstanding exclusive virtual programming, including the three keynote speakers, more than 15 livestreamed sessions, and speaker Q&As. Additionally, you have access to more than 30 on-demand sessions and can catch up on any sessions you’ve missed. Closed captioning and language translation service is available as part of the on-demand functionality for all recorded sessions.
Networking also isn’t limited to being in the same physical space as others. Take advantage of customized networking opportunities focused on hot topics and exclusive Q&A sessions so that you can experience the best ATD22 has to offer.
Meet exhibitors
ATD22 wouldn’t be complete without the EXPO Hall. Nearly 280 exhibitors will be on-site and available in the virtual marketplace to share innovative tools, applications, and ideas. All attendees can review the exhibitor listings ahead of and during ATD22. Add those you are most interested in meeting to your “Want to Meet List” list in the exhibitor directory online, or click “Favorite” on the exhibitors listing in the conference mobile app.
