Get out of your bubble! One of the best ways to grow as a talent development professional is to learn from others who aren’t in your organization. We rarely have new ideas without hearing about new things and connecting with new people. My best ideas for improvement are sparked by interactions with others who are “outside my regular bubble.” They stretch me and help me stay cutting edge.
