In addition to aligning its programs with the ATD Competency Model, the Los Angeles Chapter became a SHRM recertification provider to add value for members. The chapter has also offered programs to provide attendees credit towards DISC, EQI, and ATD credentials. The chapter leveraged the 2019 SHRM Recertification Provider Guide and compiled information to assist other chapters interested in going through the process.
