The Study Guide for Groups

The Study Guide for Groups

If your chapter is currently hosting a CPLP study group, or planning one in the future, be sure to check out the ATD Learning System FAQs for chapter leaders. Each chapter is eligible for one free login which can be used by the Study Group Leaders only. Individual Study Group participants will need to purchase their own access to the ATD Learning System.

The Study Guide for Groups contains lesson plans for each AOE and Global Mindset which can be used for both local and virtual groups and is designed with links to related content in the main body of the Learning System. This will enable both the leader and the participants to toggle back and forth between the two documents, during groups or independently as well as use the other features of the Learning System.

Facilitator/leader guidelines and tips for establishing the group are provided. The groups will have the option of a single leader for all sessions or could rotate leadership among the participants. Chapters and/or leaders can expand on the content and add their own slides and other materials.
