ATD wants 2019 International Conference and EXPO guests to kick off their conference experience on the right foot, so we’ve simplified the registration process.
First, you won’t receive your badge in the mail—rather, you will print them on-site. (This is one less thing to remember to bring with you!) Registered attendees will receive an “Express Registration” email on May 13 that will include a barcode they can scan on-site at self-check-in kiosks and immediately print their badge. If you are unable to locate your barcode, you can search by your name.
Second, each individual will need to collect their badge rather than having one member pick up badges for a group (other than for prescheduled pickups for corporate teams or international delegations). This will allow for quicker badge processing and avoid confusion around missing badges (as well as avoid the risk of paying the badge reprint fee). Networking Night tickets that attendees have pre-purchased will print with attendees’ badges; no ticket exchange or swap will be required.
The self-check-in kiosks will be located in the Grand Lobby near the main entrance of the Convention Center and in the Convention Center on the L Street Bridge, 2nd Level, near Hall D. Exhibitors and speakers have alternate pick-up locations, which they can find noted in their express registration emails. Anyone needing assistance can visit on-site registration on the L Street Bridge, 2nd Level, near Hall D.
