On why she’s at ATD24: Well, this is my first ATD conference! A team of us have come out because we just wanted to learn, grow, and absorb as much as we can from other participants; network; and connect with other L&D professionals.

On her first day at the International Conference & Expo: \[It’s\] absolutely awesome. I have met some incredible people. I’ve been to a couple workshops and got some brilliant ideas that stretched my thinking.

On what she’s looking forward to: Probably just continuing to learn. I’m connecting with some of the authors as well and taking away some ideas that can really have an impact. That’s what I’m looking forward to.
