(From The Recruiter) -- Mounting student debt will mean employers having to provide opportunities to learn on the job to attract and nurture top talent, according to Denise Keating, chief executive at the Employers Forum on Age.
Keating was speaking at a Graduate Recruitment Roundtable in London last week, supported by Michael Page, Recruiter magazine and the Employers Forum on Age.
Keating said that the best employers help young people to continue their education while at work and avoid spiralling student debt by offering apprenticeships and internships.
