Make Sure You’re Connected Before ATD23

Here’s what you need to know before you get to San Diego.

Technology will play a significant role at ATD23 so both in-person and virtual attendees can connect to all the conference has to offer. With the big event right around the corner (May 21–24), here’s what you need to know before you get to San Diego.

For those attending in person, be on the lookout for an email to claim your account so you can use the ATD23 mobile app for the annual conference. When the app goes live on May 8, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and download the ATD Conferences & Events app. If you do not receive the email, select “Forgot Password” in the app to have your access key emailed to you.

If you haven’t registered yet, you will receive your claim account email within 48 hours of registering. You can also select “Create an Account” and follow the instructions. We recommend using the same email for the app and your conference registration.

Once you’re set up in the app, you can build your agenda, select favorite exhibitors, access the convention center maps, and prepare to navigate the conference. If you built a profile on our schedule builder website, your agenda will be automatically loaded into your mobile app.

Most ATD23 attendees will have access to the virtual platform, where you will find more than 30 on-demand sessions available (virtual access is not included with daily or EXPO-only registrations). If registered, you will receive an email containing access information for the virtual platform on May 17.

During the conference, virtual attendees will have access to more than 40 sessions, which will include:

  • Live-streamed sessions from San Diego

  • Solutions sessions from conference sponsors

  • Speaker Q&As

  • Virtual networking sessions

  • ATD membership and certification programming

If you miss a session you wanted to attend, those sessions will be available on the virtual platform after the conference. In fact, on May 29, ATD will add an extra 100 sessions on demand from the live events in San Diego.

Connect With Exhibitors

Finally, virtual attendees can still connect with the more than 300 exhibitors at ATD23 via the virtual marketplace, which is available now. Within the virtual marketplace, you can click the Request Information button to view a specific company’s website, check out resources, and invite a representative to reach out to you.
