Kickoff keynote
Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey is ATD24’s opening keynote speaker. McConaughey’s memoir, Greenlights, and his children’s book, Just Because, were instant bestsellers. Together with his wife, Camila, he founded the just keep livin Foundation to implement after-school fitness programs. Matthew McConaughey is a strong advocate of public education. The EXPO is open
The talent development profession and the way we work is constantly changing. Learn about new technologies, potential solutions for talent challenges, and different applications for current tools. The EXPO includes education sessions that take place throughout the conference. Visit the EXPO floor today beginning at 9:30 a.m. Lunch and dessert are also available Monday through Wednesday.

The program guide includes your bingo card, which will help new attendees make the most of their conference. Did you participate in a community conversation? Attend an event on the learning stage? Global Village
The International Conference & EXPO typically features attendance from approximately 80 countries. If you’re interested in connecting with others from your home country or region or if you want to learn more about a country in which you’ll be speaking or facilitating, connect at the Global Village, located in Hall B1. Today the Global Village will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Career Center
Today’s events include “How to Lead From Anywhere” from 2 to 3 p.m. with Al Dea, founder of the Edge of Work. Dea will share how to lead regardless of title or experience. Then, Wendy Terwelp, founder of Opportunity Knocks of Wisconsin, will lead “Network Like a Rock Star and Increase Your Conference ROI” from 4 to 5 p.m. Check the conference app for other events or read “Boost Yourself at the Career Center.”
Forum sessions
ATD24 Forum sessions focus on creating principles of durable learning. “1-2-3 Make It Stick” is at 1 p.m. today in room R01, with attendance limited to allow for interactivity (the same session will also take place on Tuesday at 1 p.m.). Enhance your personal learning ability, practice using reflections, and collaborate with peers on processes for using reflection tools.
A second Forum session, also in room R01, “Engage, Pull, Transform: Drive Change With Creative Learning” will review durable learning principles and show you how to use them. It revolves around the “pull” techniques for engaged participants.
Conference Team Connection Center
Attending the conference with your team? Stop by the Conference Team Connection Center in the EXPO for networking, refreshment, and private meeting space, as well as an exclusive session with General Session emcee Holly Ransom. Not registered as a team? Stop by the ATD Enterprise Solutions Booth (#1101) to learn more about registering as a team for ATD25.
Complimentary lunch and dessert break
Join colleagues and exhibitors on the EXPO floor for lunch and dessert. Have your badge scanned at the food station entrance. Lunch will occur from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dessert stations are located around the EXPO floor from 12 to 1 p.m.
Prayer and meditation
Use the prayer and meditation room located in room 337. For exact hours each day, check the program guide or the mobile app.

Stop by to get an updated professional headshot on the EXPO floor. No sign-up is required.
Sales enablement reception
Join your sales training and enablement peers for a cocktail while networking, sharing best practices, and discussing the latest trends on Monday, May 20, from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the Rivergate Room.
