ATD23 offers plenty of ways to pack your schedule.

Kickoff Keynote Adam Grant, organizational psychologist at Wharton, bestselling author of Think Again, and host of the podcast WorkLife, is ATD23’s opening keynoter. Grant’s general session, “Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know,” is from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

The EXPO Is OpenThe EXPO floor opens today at 9:30 a.m. Come explore the thousands of innovative ideas, tools, and applications available at the largest training EXPO in the industry. Exhibitors invite you to test new technologies, explore diverse services, and purchase the tools that will help you keep pace with our changing industry.

TD for Good: Happy Hope FoundationATD23’s community service project is the Happy Hope Foundation, which supports children in the San Diego area. Conference attendees are invited to help assemble Happy Hope bags with items such as coloring supplies, bubbles, and activity sets. Help us meet our goal of 2,500 kits!

Treasure HuntPick up your game card at the EXPO hall entrance and visit each of the prize partners throughout the conference ahead of the Treasure Hunt drawing on Wednesday. You can find more information on your Treasure Hunt card.

Career Center CoachingICF-credentialed coaches are offering free 45-minute coaching sessions at the conference. Appointments are limited; schedule your coaching session at the Career Center in the Sails Pavilion upon arrival to ensure a spot. Sponsored by the International Coaching Federation.

Follow the signage in the Convention Center; the Global Village is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Wednesday.

Lunch and Dessert on the EXPO FloorScan your badge at the food station entrance on the EXPO floor to select from among lunch options. Lunch will be served 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Afterward (or before, if you like), help yourself to dessert from among the stations throughout the hall, 12 to 1 p.m.
