Refresh, renew, and re-engage.
There’s plenty for you to do to stay fresh throughout ATD24. Take advantage of these opportunities to recharge your soul.
Sensory room. Immerse in a quiet and calming environment, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or you just want a meditative space. The room has various seating options, fidget toys, ear plugs, and breathing cards, among other sensory aids. It is available from Saturday through Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and again on Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Puppy park. Bark by popular demand, head to the EXPO floor to enjoy the company of puppies. The Puppy Park is available to attendees from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday.
ATD at play. Take a page from Wednesday’s keynote speaker Venus Williams and enjoy a game of pickleball on one of two courts on the EXPO floor. Play Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wellness challenge. Engage in friendly competition with your fellow attendees, both in-person and virtually, in the new Wellness Challenge. From Sunday at 8 a.m. until Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., work your way up the leaderboard by competing in wellness challenges tied to ATD24 experiences and win prizes. Signup for the challenge opens in early May.
Well-being sessions. New this year, take a break and participate in meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises in the ATD Theater.
Community well-being. Dear World founder Robert “X” Fogarty will speak during the general session to inspire community and introduce attendees to the Brain Tattoo method. Afterward, attendees can discover their own Brain Tattoo with Dear World throughout the week in the ATD Theater in addition to at Networking Night at Mardi Gras World on Tuesday.
