The article discusses the importance of being prepared during corporate meetings. It has been inferred that an executive's time spent in meetings is 50 percent. These meetings can either increase team performance and build a leader's credibility, or can waste the time and money of every organization and derail leadership integrity, depending on the approach of these executives. However, a productive discussion during meetings can be achieved through setting an agenda, being clear, recognizing contributions and summarizing.
