The employee, organization, and coach should take coaching as an intervention. They should use coaching as a mutually agreed-upon development. The organizations should not depend on coaches to set their limitations. Coaches should be aware of the organization's intentions. Coaches must be interviewed by the company's officials. The boundaries for the relationship should be established and competency area should be identified.
