The article discusses the research survey conducted by Sirota Survey Intelligence Inc. about employee engagement rate. Accordingly, data were gathered within 2006 -2007 period from respondents of 300,000 employees of different ranks and age groups from over 50 companies. Doug Klein, president of Sirota Survey Intelligence, said the survey result showed that employees of different ages want mostly the same demand in their work which are fairness in work, connection to the mission and their work, ways that lead to their success, healthy relationship with co-workers and good leadership. Traditionalists or 63 years and above employees have had the highest employee engagement rating of 84 percent.
