The article focuses on the increasing trend of outsourcing in all types of industries in the U.S. The increasing is allegedly due to, among which, volatile economics, globalization, increased competition, technological advances, and mergers and acquisitions. External organizations are now also considered as a necessity specially when expertise and dedicated support are called for by internal organizations. Due to the interaction, there comes a creation of true outsourcing partnerships. This implies that both parties work together effectively, highly trust each other, and support and treat each other with respect. Both parties are also in an effort to build an atmosphere characterized by a mutual expectation of generosity.
