Due to increased demand for its services, learning solutions company Vivayic experienced a 195 percent growth in head count in a six-year span. The fully remote small business has been in practice since 2006 and hired only one or two employees each of the first 10 years it was operational, which allowed for an organic onboarding process. However, as the company began to grow more quickly, it needed a more documented, intentional, and efficient onboarding process.
