The article reports on the investigation made by the Federal government and state equal employment agencies concerning the reported discrimination practices did by employers in the U.S. Discriminatory practices includes on age, equal pay, pregnancy, harassment and retaliation, and disabilities. It was revealed that the reported discrimatory practices may lead trainers to risk for making such practices or engaging in harassment during training or failing to interfere when a participant discriminates against, or harasses others. An article in the federal occupational safety and health (OSHA) legislative act, requires that employer should provide a workplace free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious injury to employees including training employees.
