This article focuses on problem-based learning. Captivating participants' attention and keeping them tuned in is a big challenge, even for the savviest trainer. Problem-based learning (PBL) provides an answer. Using PBL, participants work cooperatively to seek solutions to complex real-world problems, which drives the learning. Problem-based learning can be used for a single training session, during an ongoing training program, and as a standard team process for meetings. It's also ideal for addressing complex cross-functional business topics.
