This article presents information on the proper management of e-mails. One way to cut down on the clutter and manage the information is to change the subject lines of the e-mails received to the action one needs to take next. By appropriately identifying the action that each e-mail requires, one can purge, sort, and organize much of the inbox, cleaning the clutter and making it easier to get work done.
