The article presents information related to the knowledge management. Knowledge management is all about having access to key knowledge at the moment in time one needs it. The view of knowledge management has more to do with where one sits than any other factor. A knowledge sharing system takes a high value chunk of data and organizes it so that the right stakeholder has access to the information immediately and on-time. Even if one has technology, it suggests there is a considerable investment on the part of the organization in maintaining this useful stuff. Most organizations are hesitant to develop it. They would much rather throw technology at it and assume that it is self-managing and self-recovering.
