Secrecy in the modem business world is a thing of the past today and exchange visits by executives from different com-panies are valuable parts ol their ex-perience, Clifford Corneli, Corneli Seed Co., St. Louis, Missouri, said in a speech lecently. Speaking at the opening session of a series of seminars for top executives sponsored by the University of Wiscon-sin Industrial Management Institute, Corneli outlined some of the functions and responsibilities of modern manage-ment and asked his audience, which included top leaders from Wisconsin firms, to help name some of the "head-aches."
