L&D projects can leverage methods used by agile teams to deliver their work on time, on budget, and in line with expectations, even as those expectations change. In this session, we’ll start with a quick definition of Agile and its use within the L&D space, and then explore how L&D teams that use Agile handle constant change, build relationships, and finish the job.
