Learning has been stretched, challenged, and shifted, and it continues to evolve dramatically. The learning field is stretching into new zones that include healthy work and learning spaces, extended cybersecurity, and experience platforms. We’re grappling with questions about hybrid environments—do they work, and what are predictive measures of the hybrid learning spectrum? How can we scale coaching to address workforce needs? In this session, the speaker will provide a “right now” briefing on learning trends and challenges and the role of empathy as we support a changing workplace, workforce, and traditions.
