In this session, the speaker will discuss how to effectively enable technology to ensure successful mentoring partnerships and an ongoing mentoring program. It begins with illustrating a process of plan, implement, evaluate, and manage, and the importance of taking these steps prior to program implementation as well as how technology assists with each of these elements. It then flows through program implementation and highlights how technology strengthens the ongoing program and partnerships. A group exercise will allow you to determine where you are in your mentoring process, valuable ongoing steps to include technology, and whether technology will work for your organization.
