Agile is not a methodology or a miracle, but it is very different from ADDIE. Working in a decentralized, leader-free environment is unnatural for most developers. Projects and due dates are replaced by iterative consensus. You've likely heard lots of other people tell you how Agile their work is, and noticed that everyone is saying it, but it all looks really different. In this session, you'll learn how games can reinforce the Agile mindset, and work can feel less overwhelming with a more natural pace. You'll also evaluate the difficulty of transitioning to Agile in your organization and the pitfalls to avoid. This session was recorded at the ATD 2018 TechKnowledge conference in San Jose, California.
