This course teaches you to focus on assessing learning needs at three levels: the organization, the job or task, and the individual. Learn the importance of purposefully identifying goals for learning before developing a learning experience. You’ll discover common tools used for assessing learning needs, appropriate uses of these tools, and examples of necessary considerations when assessing learning needs. You will also have the opportunity to make decisions about these considerations and reflect upon your own learning experience.
