In addition to delivering training, she has performed training needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend training solutions, worked with SMEs as a consultant to develop courses and curriculums, and evaluated programs for effectiveness.

Eric Pang is an experienced learning facilitator and designer with more than 15 years experience in learning and development. He specializes in whole-process learning design based on the ADDIE, SAM, and microlearning approaches, as well as in tacit knowledge capturing from subject matter experts and interactive learning activity design. Eric is currently the commercial training head of Carlsberg China. Previously, he led the development of several industry-leading, customized training programs that filled market gaps. Eric also worked as a sales manager at Proctor & Gamble and as a senior channel manager at Google.  Eric is the main translator for the Chinese edition of the Creative Training Techniques Handbook by Bob Pike.
