Some content consults evolve into OnDemand surveys, an opportunity for a Forum member to poll other members to gather benchmarking data.

Labs are the Forum’s signature events. They are learning workshops designed exclusively for Forum members to meet other members to connect, collaborate, and share. The Fall Lab is held at a member company’s offices, and the Spring Lab is held virtually. Each Forum company receives two complimentary passes to both the Fall and the Spring Lab each year.

Roundtables are virtual sessions led by subject matter experts and/or Forum members who share their expertise around a particular talent development challenge. These sessions are interactive and allow Forum members to network with and learn from one another around a specific topic.
