(Alexandria, VA) August 9, 2016—Three Association for Talent Development (ATD) publications—TD (formerly T+D), The Public Manager, and CTDO (Chief Talent Development Officer)—swept the Magazine App category of the Association Media & Publishing’s annual EXCEL Awards.

All three award-winning magazines are available in the ATD Publications app. The free app provides the best reading experience across devices.

TD magazine won gold. ATD’s flagship magazine has covered talent development best practices, emerging technologies, and trends for 70 years.

The Public Manager won silver. This digital magazine publishes proven best practices and real stories of unstoppable innovation in U.S. government.

CTDO won bronze. CTDO is ATD’s new app-based magazine for C-suite executives responsible for talent development efforts in their organization.  The EXCEL Awards recognize the best in nonprofit digital and print publishing, design, marketing, advertising, and communication.

“Excellence in journalism and design is a top priority,” said ATD editor Paula Ketter, who oversees production of all three magazines. “We strive to offer the absolute best content to our profession and ensure readers are able to access it using the devices they rely on. It is truly an honor to be recognized.”
