Newly released The Art of Executive Coaching, by Dr. Nadine Greiner, reveals insights key to leadership transformation

Nadine Greiner, PhD, is an executive coach and the CEO of On Target Solutions, which provides full-suite contemporary organization development and human resources solutions. Dr. Greiner teaches in masters and doctoral programs and coaches and trains other consultants. Since she first served as a CEO at the age of 38, she understands leaders’ experience firsthand.
