HSBC Executive Terri Pearce Joins Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development

The Association for Talent Development (ATD), formerly ASTD, announces that Terri Pearce, Executive Vice President, Human Resources,  HSBC USA, has joined the Association’s board of directors for a three year term, 2015-2017.

In her role with HSBC, Ms. Pearce is responsible for developing and directing learning, talent, resourcing, and organizational development for 16,000 employees in HSBC’s U.S. workforce. In addition, she is responsible for directing talent management and succession planning across HSBC’s U.S. operations.

Ms. Pearce joined HSBC in 1988, and has held various roles with responsibility both on and offshore in HR and operations throughout her career. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University and has an MBA from The University of Phoenix. Ms. Pearce is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Conference Board Council on Learning, Development, and Organizational Performance.
