The evolving role of the training coordinator has an important—and busy—role in today’s talent development environment.

Twenty years ago, the role of talent development was simple. Your instructional designer who wrote the content, your trainer who delivered the content, and he participant took in and absorbed the content.  Fast forward to today’s talent development environment. If we only had those roles now, training would never happen.  Enter the role of the Training Coordinator—the one with many hats that ensures successful training takes place.

Are you or is someone on your team wearing the many hats of the training coordinator? Join Geri for an upcoming offering of Essentials of Being a Successful Training Coordinator.
