We all want passionate advocates for our products and services. Engaged customers mean growing relationships and a healthy bottom line, but how do we achieve this goal? By looking to those companies who are successful in accomplishing a high level of passion and commitment to their brand.

Join our benchmarking group in Dallas in May to chat with management and gain insights you can bring home to your organization. We’re visiting Sewell Cadillac, where they exceed the highest expectations with inspired service. Carl Sewell is the author of Customers for Life: How to Turn That One-Time Buyer Into a Lifetime Customer. You’ll understand those best practices firsthand when we visit their showroom. And then on to Seasons 52–A Darden Restaurant: For three straight years, Darden has been one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in America. You’ll not only experience why they are “best,” but you’ll also dine at Darden’s acclaimed, Seasons 52. We’ll then visit one more company, to be announced.
