The article focuses on workflow learning concepts. It is believed that different professionals have different definitions for workflow learning. The author provides his own definition for workflow learning as, poly-modal learning and performance opportunities that leverage technology, social networks, collaboration, performance support, and convergence to enable a "learning surround" in conjunction with the learner's actual work flow. Workflow learning is not without its drawbacks.
