You could say that Paul Zak is uber-qualified to talk about trust. He’s a PhD professor, neuro-economist, and neuroscientist who was part of the team that first made the connection between oxytocin and trust. He’s also the developer of Ofactor, a methodology that quantifies organizational culture within a company and identifies what it needs to change to increase leadership, team, and organizational trust.
