Phases of E-Learning Development

Many organizations and designers use the ADDIE process to develop courses, and this model works well for most that use it. While I think it’s a great process, when I develop e-learning courses, I employ a modified series of steps for my project. Some of these phases share a name with a corresponding phase in ADDIE, and some are different or expanded. For me, these phases align a bit more closely with what happens during e-learning creation.
