Many business leaders fear that fully remote or hybrid work arrangements will alienate workers, that culture will break down, and that communication will become difficult; however, the numbers simply do not back this up. As it turns out, employees can learn from and influence each other across great distances without ever having to see or hear from each other. However, the reverse side of this coin is that communication is in a sad state of affairs, regardless of if employees are on-site or not.
