Bob Gerard has been in the learning and professional development arena for 28 years, where he has held pretty much every role you can think of related to corporate training. For the past ten years, Bob has been specifically focused on learning innovation, and experimenting with new ways to help people learn. More recently, as part of Accenture’s Global Talent Research and Innovation team, Bob has relocated to Santa Monica, California, at the crossroads of Hollywood and Silicon Beach. This works out well, since Bob firmly believes that the future of professional growth lies in the intersection of storytelling and technology.
